At peak bloom: yellow fawn lilies (Erythronium oregonum), Candy Flower (Claytonia sibirica ssp. sibirica ..formerly Montia sibirica), Oregon grape (Berberis (Mahonia) aquifolium), disappointing buttercup, (Ranunculus uncinatus var. parviflorus). About to bloom: Star-flowered false Solomon seal (Maianthemum stellatum ...formerly Smilacina stellata), False Solomon seal (Maianthemum racemosum ...formerly Smilacina racemosa), Pacific waterleaf (Hydrophyllum tenuipes), fringe cup (Tellima grandiflora), Western meadow-rue (Thalictrum occidentale)...look for both male and female flowers... , fairy bells (Disporum hookeri var. oreganum), and Camas Lily (Camassia quamash). |
