CommentsFlowers I saw that were in full bloom: Claytonia sibirica (candyflower), Calypso bulbosa (fairy slipper Orchid), Viola glabella (wood violet ), Saxifraga occidentalis (Western saxifrage), Mimulus alsinoides (chickweed monkeyflower), Dodecatheon pulchellum (few-flowered shooting star), Delphinium menziesii (cliff larkspur), Plectritis congesta (rosy Plectritis), Lithophragma parviflora (small-flowered prairie star), Acer circinatum (Oregon Vine Maple ), Rubus spectabilis (salmonberry), Dicentra formosa (pacific bleeding heart), Fragaria virginiana (Wild Strawberry), Fritillaria affinis (chocolate lily), Berberis nervosa (dwarf Oregon-grape), Collinsia parviflora (small-flowered blue-eyed Mary), hydrophyllum capitatum (ball-head waterleaf), Nemophila parviflora (wood's Nemophila), Listera cordata (Heart-leaved twayblade Orchid), Claytonia perfoliata (miner's lettuce), and Tonella tenella (small-flowered Tonella) Flowers that were just coming into bloom: Thalictrum occidentale (Western meadowrue), Tellima grandiflora (Fringecup), Lomatium sp. (Desert Parsley), Crocidium multicaule (Gold Star), Valeriana scouleri (Scouler's valerian), Tolmiea menziesii (youth-on-age), Saxifraga mertensiana (Merten's saxifrage), Prosartes hookeri (Hooker's fairy bells), Maianthemum racemosum (false Solomon's-seal), Hydrophyllum tenuipes (Pacific Waterleaf), and Asarum caudatum (wild ginger) Past their peak, but still pretty: Trillium ovatum (Western Trillium), Cardamine nuttalli var. nuttallii (Nuttall`s toothwort), Petasites frigidus (sweet colt's foot), and Oemleria cerasiformis (indian plum or oso berry)
