| Comments | In full bloom: Disporum smithii (Fairy Lanterns), some variety of Saxifrage, Myosotis discolor (small blue forget-me-not), Fragaria virginiana (Wild Strawberry), Amelanchier alnifolia var. semiintegrifolia (Western Serviceberry), Synthyris reniformis (Spring Queen), Claytonia sibirica (candy flower), Dicentra formosa (western bleeding heart), Ranunculus uncinatus var. parviflorus (disappointing buttercup), Mitella caulescens (slightstemmed miterwort), Tolmiea menziesii (youth-on-age or piggyback plant), Oxalis oregana (Oregon Wood Sorrel), Rubus spectabilis (salmonberry), and Sambucus racemosa (red elderberry). Coming into bloom: Maianthemum racemosum (False Solomon seal), Thalictrum occidentale (Western meadow-rue), Tellima grandiflora (fringe cup), Hydrophyllum tenuipes (Pacific waterleaf), and Nemophila parviflora (wood's Nemophila). Past their peak, Viola glabella (yellow wood violet) and Cardamine nuttalli var. nuttallii (Nuttall`s toothwort). |
