| Comments | There is currently a color blast at the Cone Peak summit meadows. Perhaps the flowers are about to reach their full peak. Many species are in full bloom: Cat's ear, Indian paintbrush, Oregon sunshine, Phlox, Cardwell's Penstemon, Small-Flowered Penstemon, Arrow-Leaf Groundsel, Scarlet Gilia, Sulphur Flower Buckwheat, Yarrow, Spotted Saxifrage, Littleleaf Montia, and Broadleaf Lupine. |
