CommentsThis is a GREAT time to visit Camassia! The namesake flower (Camassia quamash) has opened over the past week and is ubiquitous. Also covering the meadows are Rosy Plectritis (Plectritis congesta) and Large-flowered Blue-eyed Mary (Collinsia grandiflora). Western Saxifrage (Saxifraga occidentalis) is coming along nicely, and there is plenty of Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis).
