| Comments | Paul Slichter reports that Big Summit Prairie is in bloom, most notably bighead clover (Trifolium macrocephalum), upland larkspur (Delphinium nuttallianum) and slender-fruit desert parsley (Lomatium leptocarpum) along with stiff sage (Artemisia rigida).
