CommentsBlooming in the forest along the Meadow's Edge Trail: lots of Fairy Bells (Prosartes hookeri) and Redwood Sorrel (Oxalis oregana), Pacific Bleeding Heart (Dicentra formosa), Salmonberry (Rubus spectabilis), Wood Violet (Viola glabella), Candyflower (Claytonia sibirica), Evergreen Violet (Viola sempervirens), Vanilla Leaf (Achlys triphylla), Oregon Fawn Lily (Erythronium oregonum). Endless carpets of Star-Flowered Solomon's-Seal (Maianthemum stellatum) are starting to bloom.

Blooming in the summit meadows: lots of Spring Gold (Lomatium utriculatum) and Cliff Larkspur (Delphinium menziesii), many patches of Spreading Phlox (Phlox diffusa), Roundleaf violet (Viola orbiculata), Early Blue violet (Viola adunca), Wild Strawberry (Fragaria virginiana), Harsh Paintbrush (Castilleja hispida), Small-Flowered Blue-Eyed Mary (Collinsia parviflora), Catchfly (Silene douglasii), Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis), Rough Wallflower (Erysium asperum). Cardwell's Penstemon (Penstemon cardwellii) is starting to bloom. No lupine blooms yet.
