Took the trail up to the arch. Along the short trail from the southeast corner of the corral that goes up to the arch there were: * <a href="" target="_blank">Oaks toothwort <I>(Cardamine pulcherrina?)</I></a> * <a href="" target="_blank">Western Buttercup <I>(Ranunculus occidentalis)</I></a>. <P> Further up the trail just near one of the boulders below the arch were: * <a href="" target="_blank">Smooth desert parsley <I>(Lomatium laevigatum)</I></a> * <a href="" target="_blank">Smooth Prairie Star <I>(Lithophragma glabra)</I></a> * <a href="" target="_blank">Miner's Lettuce <I>(Claytonia perfoliata)</I></a> about to bloom. <P> In the area above the arch were: * <a href="" target="_blank">Grass widows</A> (only saw purple ones) * <a href="" target="_blank">Western Saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga occidentalis)</I> and Small-Flowered Blue-Eyed Mary <I>(Collinsia parviflora)</I></a> * <a href="" target="_blank">Gold Stars <I>(Crocidium multicaule)</I> and Smooth Prairie Star <I>(Lithophragma glabra)</I></a> * <a href="" target="_blank">Piper's Desert Parsley a/k/a Salt-and-pepper <I>(Lomatium piperi)</I> and Spring Whitlow-grass <I.(Draba verna)</I></a>.
