It is early but some early bloomers can be seen. Brook trillium (<I>Pseudotrillium rivale</I>) and lemon fawn lily (<I>Erythronium citrinum</I>) are at their peak. In bloom are sticky whiteleaf manzanita (<I>Arctostaphylos viscida</I>), wedge-leaved violet (<I>Viola cuneata</I>), few-flowered shooting star (<I>Dodecatheon pulchellum</I>), Oregon-myrtle (<I>Umbellularia californica</I>), pine violet (<I>Viola lobata</I>), phlox (<I>Phlox</I> sp.), saxifrage (<I>Micranthes</I> sp.), Siskiyou mat (<I>Ceanothus pumilus</I>), and western serviceberry (<I>Amelanchier anifolia</I>).
