Flowers are a little sparser than I was expecting, but still lots of nice beauties in bloom. Bitterroot (Lewisii rediviva) is just starting to come out -- might peak around next weekend. Swaths of Sea blush (Plectritis congesta) make the fields pretty pink.
Also in bloom (that I can ID somewhat confidently!):
- Bicolored cluster lily (Triteleia grandiflora var. howellii)
- Penstamen
- California poppy (Eschscholzia californica)
- Lupine (Lupinus sp)
- Filaree (Erodium cicutarium)
- Pungent Desert Parsley (Lomatium grayi)
- Shooting Star (Dodecatheon poeticum)
- Common monkey-flower (Mimulus guttatus)
- Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza)
- Camas (Camassia quamash)
- Death camas (Zigadenus venenosus)
