It was a beautiful day to explore this new trail in Mosier and there were lots of wildflowers in bloom! I saw millions of bachelor's buttons as well as poppies, lupine, vetch, sheep sorrel, bigroot, bicolored cluster lily, fiddleneck, wild rose, and paintbrush. <P> The balsamroot was well past peak and dying, but it must have looked great a few weeks ago.
