A week later, Camassia still looks great and is well worth visiting. The meadows are gorgeous, resplendent with Common Camas (Camassia quamash), Rosy Plectritis (Plectritis congesta) and Large-flowered Blue-eyed Mary (Collinsia grandiflora). Also blooming in the meadows is Western Saxifrage (Saxifraga occidentalis) and Western Buttercup (Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis).
Most of the forest flowers (trillium, fawn lilies, et cetera) are well past their peak or finished for the season.
