The bloom is in its early stages, but there are some things to see.<P> Blooming in the forest: Slender Toothwort <I>(Cardamine pulcherrima)</I>, Oregon Fawn Lily <I>(Erythronium oregonum)</I>, Giant White Wakerobin <I>(Trillium albidum)</I>, Western Trillium <I>(Trillium ovatum)</I>, and shining Oregon-grape <I>(Mahonia aquifolium)</I>. <P> Starting to bloom in the meadows are Rosy Plectritis <I>(Plectritis congesta)</I>, Large-flowered Blue-eyed Mary <I>(Collinsia grandiflora)</I>, and Western Saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga occidentalis)</I>. The namesake wildflower <I>(Camassia quamash)</I> has not started to bloom yet, and only a few buds were visible today.
