Now blooming: Western Buttercup <I>(Ranunculus occidentalis)</I>, Willamette Valley Bittercress <I>(Cardamine penduliflora)</I>, Oregon Saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga oregana)</I>, Wild Strawberry <I>(Fragaria virginiana</I> var. <I>platypetala)</I>, Wholeleaf Saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga integrifolia)</I>, and Bradshaw's Lomatium <I>(Lomatium bradshawii)</I>. Several sightings of Meadow Death-Camas <I>(Zigadenus venenosus)</I> Common Camas <I>(Camassia quamash)</I> is in bloom in the field on the west side of the Preserve, and starting to bloom everywhere else... it should be spectacular in the next several weeks.
