CommentsAbundant blue and death camas on the slopes above the Old Highway especially East of Catherine Creek along with some shooting stars, lot's of chocolate lilies among the abundant poison oak on the trail that leads up into the rock arch opposite the corral cattle shoot, balsamroot on the ledge below and West of the trail above the rock arch, penstemon on the rocky ledges above the arch, yellow desert parsley, one pitiful sprig of Dutchman's Breeches, and a nice display of gold stars on the mossy banks just as you drop into the creek along the road to the coral. Lupines had buds but no flowers yet. Many other smaller flowers that I do not know the name of.
