Blooming on the cliffs: Sitka Mist Maidens <I>(Romanzoffia sitchensis)</I>, Rockslide Larkspur <I>(Delphinium glareosum)</I>, Field Chickweed <I>(Cerastium arvense)</I>, Martindale`s Desert Parsley <I>(Lomatium martindalei)</I>, Gorge Fleabane <I>(Erigon oreganus)</I>, White Shooting Star <I>(Dodecatheon dentatum)</I>, Cliff Paintbrush</a> <I>(Castilleja rupicola)</I>, Rusty Saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga ferruginea)</I>, Merten`s Saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga mertensiana)</I>, with Broad-leaf Stonecrop <I>(Sedum spathulifolium)</I> just starting. Look up to see the Cliff Penstemon <I>(Penstemon rupicola)</I>, joined by more Cliff Paintbrush and others.

Near the end of the cliff-side section of trail, the endemic Columbia Kittentails <I>(Synthyris missurica ssp. stellata</I>) are nearly finished for the season.

Blooming along the trail to Upper McCord Creek Falls are: more Fringecup <I>(Tellima grandiflora)</I>, Candy Flower <I>(Claytonia sibirica)</I>, Pacific Bleeding Heart <I>(Dicentra formosa)</I>, and Western Meadowrue <I>(Thalictrum occidentale)</I>. Beyond the waterfall, near the end of the trail, are Western Corydalis <I>(Corydalis scouleri)</I>.
