| Comments | Lots of Western trillium (Trillium ovatum) blooming in time for next weekend's Trillium Festival, though most of them look somewhat shell-shocked by the recent return of winter. Also blooming are: oaks toothwort (Cardamine pulcherrima), wood violets (Viola glabella), and salmonberry (Rubus spectabilis). Pacific waterleaf (Hydrophyllum tenuipes) leaves are ubiquitous, but no blooms yet. |
