It is still a bit early, but several natives are in bloom. Willamette Valley bittercress <I>(Cardamine penduliflora)</I> is at its peak. Wild strawberry <I>(Fragaria virginiana</I> var. <I>platypetala)</I> and wholeleaf saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga integrifolia)</I> are also in bloom. Bradshaw’s lomatium <I>(Lomatium bradshawii)</I> is in flower but may be peaking in about a week. Oregon saxifrage <I>(Saxifraga oregana)</I> is getting close but perhaps a couple of weeks away. Camas <I>(Camassia </I>spp.) is leafing out but about three weeks away.
